The wine base for
the production of this spumante with the large vat method is
made up of equal part of Verdicchio and other types of our
grapes. The addition of the red grapes gives a fine
fragrance accompanied by a mild flavour.
Other differences
can be found in the subtleness of colour and accentuated by
its long life.
