With this procedeure,
when the wine is poured into a glass, we are able to see a
total coating of the inside, and also a dense ring of
bubbles which forms on the surface, around the edge.
The creamy texture
and pale colour of the froth seem everlasting. There is a
coninual persistence of tiny, tight bubbles. Thus giving you
the sensation of a full freshness, reminding you of the
whole some smell of newly baked bread. The delightful
flavour is enhanced by the sparkling sensation in your mouth.
The final
impressions being a sustained zest and full bodieness. The
vines used for the preparation of our base sparkling wine
are the Verdicchio and others which are of our own
production.
