"Cesolano",
name that comes from Cesola (Esino's confluent), a river
that runs along Zaccagnini estates.
These vineyards of
Verdicchio grapes get yellow-golden bunches of grapes thanks
to the warm and sunny autumns of our district. The grapes
are left to dry in the fields until the first colds, then
vinified in small wooden barrels for several months. Best
served the following year, when its body is full.
