"Grappa
Salmagina" is made from select Verdicchio dei Castelli
di Jesi marc.
It is distilled in a
discontinuous, steam cauldron still built in copper
throughout.
The distillate is rectified under vacuum in a water-jacketed
still.
The resulting
"Grappa" is cyristalline clear, intensely perfumed
with a touch of flower and a slight taste of fresh fruit
preserves. Best served at 10-12° C.
