The mountain soils
of Mount Conero, which are favourable to the growth of
Montepulciano vines, has aided us in the production of
significant wines for centuries.
In this particular
wine the colour, aroma and flavour are exceptional. They
need to be left to evolve for many years whilst matured in
barrels to obtain the maximum effect on the senses.
The highly developed
bouquet, which in some ways reminds of cherry, is the most
distinctive element in this wine. To be relished with on
exceptional roast.
