Bouquet Wide, fresh, fragrant, persistent with a
bitter almond smell
Taste Dry and soft, floral and with the typical
slightly bitterish aftertaste.
Wine-making In white with soft pressing and
cleaning of the must; subsequent fermentation at
controlled temperature of only the must obtained from the
first pressing.
Gastronomy Fish entries, first courses and white
meat. It is perfect also between meals.
